The Miss Friends of Culture Scholarship Competition will be taking place Saturday, July 21, 2012, the venue to be announced. It is open to young ladies 13- 17 that possess scholastic achievement, a performing talent and personality. It is not a beauty pageant. The contestant has to be interested in attending college, as the scholarship will be paid to the college of their choice.
