In light of the recent US Department of State Mexico Travel Alert, we have added this blog to keep you up todate.  The incidents taking place in the border towns including Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez and Chihuahua have caused some alarm to travelers to the region. Travel to the most popular tourist destinations such as Cancun, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Cozumel, Los Cabos, Mazatland and Acapulco are still safe, as they are more than 600 miles from the affected border towns.

We suggest that when traveling to any area that is new to you, to travel in groups or at least with someone else. Stick to the well traveled areas and be aware of your surroundings. Most of all heed any warnings issued.  When making purchases, leave the illegal stuff alone!  If not sure about your destination, do your homework before you leave home. Contact us, we will keep you abreast.
